Drum roll please!

It’s confirmed! The next-generation iPhone will be called iPhone 5. Try to check Apple’s site, and you’ll find a number of search results revealing that Apple will name the highly-anticipated new phone as “iPhone 5.”

It’s whoops for Apple. And we’re sorry for the advance blurbs. Call us spoilers, but we know you’re all excited to see what’s next. The inactive links give us a clue to the name. MacRumors and 9to5Mac spotted the links. What’s more, in only a few hours all eyes are glued to Cupertino’s largest media event. (I think we’re all glued now.)

On other news, the Apple store is down to get its iPhone 5 makeover. Christmas is almost here. Indeed, Apple has prepared something better for us.

That’s not all. From our previous entries, we’ve mentioned a shared stage with Apple iPod Touches, Nanos and tweak Shuffles, announcements of iOS 6 and other updates in this media event held at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

Apple will not hold a live video coverage of the iPhone 5 media event for the public. However, you’ll be able to access information according to MacRumors via text and photo updates from various tech sites. Better tune in for more updates.

“Apple is holding a media event today at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, where it appears set to introduce the iPhone 5, updated iPods, and a brand-new version of iTunes. The event is scheduled to kick off at 10:00 AM Pacific Time / 1:00 PM Eastern Time.”

Reviewing the rumors and other confirmed specifics of the next-generation models, we can complete the missing pieces of the puzzle today. No more rumor mills. However, we also look forward to glean iPad Mini and refreshed iPad 3 updates in the coming days.

Give us a shout out at comment section and tell us what you think.

It amazes us how developers come up with creative ideas to tweak and tinker with iOS devices for better performance, aesthetics and additional functions.

Whether you’re using an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, definitely there’s a jailbreak tweak that will suit every model. It’s an advantage for us as we enjoy these features. Basically, these three devices have almost similar facets in different usage. Of course when it comes to sizes, obviously the iPod for music lovers and iPhone for callers are pretty much the same.

You might want to check out this new jailbreak tweak that unlocks your screen in an exceptional way.

We’ve featured an unlocking tweak few days ago that unlocks your screen with neat animations dubbed, “Unfold.” The list goes on with other unlocking tweaks such as Stride, ShakeToUnlock, Unlockize, etc. More unlocking screen tweaks are developed, and we give our appreciation to iOS developers.

Featuring the PaperLock, this tweak is integrated with creative animations that enable users to unlock the iPhone and iPod Touch screen in three ways.

There’s freedom in customizing a jailbroken device. We can test some of them, and see if they work in our iPhone. The list of tweaks goes on. They keep on coming in Cydia, and they make us happy isn’t it?

Dashboard X’s features are awesome and creative lock screen tweaks for unlocking add aesthetics and effects. I will not be surprised if one day, we see a “super jailbreak tweak” that can control a device or maybe an iCar that can be jailbroken to enable flying mechanism.
