Keeping track of holiday deliveries can be a daunting task regardless of whether you shop online or offline. Calling up the delivery company every time is another inconvenience in itself (not to forget the phone bills if the numbers aren’t toll free).
Delivery Status Touch however makes it easier for iOS users to stay updated on where the delivery packages are. The app comes with an easy to use interface, beautiful icons and delivery tracking functionality. Index Binary Options System On Stocks
How to use Delivery Status Touch
After downloading and installing the application, you can start by entering your delivery’s tracking number. As for the carrier name, it will identify most carriers with the tracking number, but there have been rare instances where the user had to enter it manually. Hopefully you’ll not have to.
The next screen will show a map with the location of the package marked. The location is taken from the website of the career, and the tab colors will reflect the brand of a particular carrier. You can also directly visit the carrier’s website from the app by tapping on the links. Tapping on any of the entry will also show content, date and expected delivery time.
There is also a sync feature which can be used to use the app simultaneously between different devices, and a sync account can be created from inside the app. The app also remembers the deliveries made in the part inside the history list. Users can also share deliveries with others through email.
For those of you who shop with Amazon, you can directly enter Amazon account credentials to get notifications about delivery status changes. And there’s also a Mac Dashboard widget which sends push notifications when carriers make updates on delivery times. All major delivery services are included such as FedEx, USPS, DHL, TNT, City Link, Canada Post, Royal Mail etc.
Delivery Status Touch will be all you need to keep on top of things in the holiday quarter, a time when shopping tends to soar. The app was also recently updated for iOS 7, and the new version adds a redesigned interface, background notifications, barcode scanning, AirDrop compatibility, 1Password integration, 1Cloud sync and a few other features.
Delivery Status Touch is available to download from App Store for $4.99. It works on the iPhone and iPad.
