Rumor: Apple to Launch iPhone 5S and 4.8 Inch iPhone Math This June

iphone 5Apple is planning to release two smartphones by the end of June tentatively dubbed iPhone 5S and a 4.8-inch phone called iPhone Math according to the China Times translated by BrightWire.

The iPhone Math name is highly unusual, which doesn’t fit to traditional names of iPhone models. It is unclear if this is a code name or  a mistranslation. However, the rumors circulating for the past weeks had been hinting at us that Apple is ready to expand its smartphone models.

There will be a significant increase of iPhone orders this March when Apple rolls out the production of the units by the end of April according to the same report. The shipments include touch screens and cameras. Hence, there will be a major growth in 2Q of 2013.

Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. Ltd. will undertake 90% of the manufacturing orders, and Largan has received orders for 8 million camera lenses. Fujikura, Flexium and Zhen Ding will share production orders for printed circuit boards.

Whether we see new iPhone models with multiple screens and sizes or not, Apple is ready to surprise its customers this year. And one thing’s for sure. We will see new models of iPhones. The rumor mill is just starting.
