Maximization Forces All Apps To Run In Full-Screen Mode

The status bar is useful for telling us all kinds of stuff, but hey, it gets annoying if you see it every time. Well, that problem has been solved; you can now install Maximization on your jailbroken iPhone and you can force all your apps to run in full screen mode.

Once you install this tweak, all the applications will run in full screen mode (of course some might not), and even your Settings menu and your browser will run in full screen mode.

With this tweak, you can even select which apps you want to run on full screen mode and that?s a great option as you might want some apps displaying the status bar. You won?t even have to re-spring your device after you toggle which app displays the display bar or not. However, you might be wondering if your status bar gets disabled then how will you get to see the time? For that, the developers have given you a simple slide down option from the status bar (similar to the slide down in the Android OS) which brings down the time and the battery information. Although the drop down is not that impressive but as far as functionality goes it is just awesome!

Although a lot of you might be wondering what?s the use of saving up just a tad bit of space for displaying your apps, but you do notice the difference when you use it. Maximization is a great little tweak that you can download from Cydia?s ModMyi repo for free! You might think it doesn’t support the iPad but it does. A pure visual enhancing experience, be sure you check it out and let us know what you think.
