Siri is the most prominent feature on the iPhone 4S. But even the digital voice assistant lacks some features. For example, Siri can?t tweet for you or update your Facebook status. However, this is now possible with InstaTwitter and InstaFacebook. These are two Notification Center Widgets that gives you the ability to post updates to Twitter and Facebook via the Notification Center. These two tweaks are for Siri-featured and other iDevices. You can also speak to post anything if you don’t wish to type anything by pressing the microphone icon.
You need a jailbroken iPhone or iPad for the purpose. Many of you should have jailbroken devices. Those who still haven?t done the jailbreak can follow our Absinthe tutorial to jailbreak untethered on iOS 5.1.1. Once jailbroken, you can install InstaTwitter and InstaFacebook from Cydia. After installation, you need to enable them through the stock Settings app in the Notification Center. Once enabled, they will appear in the Notification Center. To post in a normal way, press the blank text area in the widget screen and type.

The real reason why these Insta widgets are recommended can be seen when you tap the small mic icon. First time users can tap the Settings button from the pop up box appearing on the tapping of the mic button. You can select the default language of the tweak from this menu. Now you can easily dictate to InstaTwitter or InstaFacebook. 38 languages are supported, and there are options to manually change the dictated text. To do this, simply tap the Edit button and change the text manually. Tap the Send Now button once you’re satisfied.

Both InstaTwitter and InstaFacebook can be downloaded from Cydia?s BigBoss repo. They are available for free. Let us know if you try them!
