A while back, we announced the launch of AppCoda, our new blog about iOS programming. We’ve just published the first iOS programming tutorial and walk you through to build your first iPhone app.

No prior programming experience is needed. What you need is an Intel-based Mac and a passion for learning iOS programming. The tutorial is very easy to follow. We’ll walk you through step-by-step to familiarize with the Xcode and code your first app.

Hello World App

This is just the beginning. In coming weeks, we’ll publish more programming tutorials and help you create your own app. If this sounds good for you, head over to appcoda.com to check out the tutorials and sign up the free newsletter.

As always, leave us comment and share your thought.

Thank you very much for the tutorial Simon.

Since I am still on Snow Leopard, getting Xcode 4.2 was a big problem for me. Finally, I did get it and have finalized the tutorial.
