Our iPhone Handbook app is getting better and better. Previously, we added 50 new tips about iOS 5. This update comes with over 30 Siri tips to help you make the most out of the intelligent assistant.
Introduced in iPhone 4S, as you know, Siri is advertised as an intelligent assistant that lets you control your iPhone using voice. You can talk to Siri and speak naturally. The Siri assistant listens to your command (e.g. schedule a meeting), interprets it and responds with what you need. However, Siri is not always intelligent enough to understand all your commands. So this update bundles tips, examples and short tutorials to show you how to better interact with Siri and make you more productive. Here are some of the Siri tips you’ll find in the update:
- Setup contact relationship
- Create and edit note
- Search for email
- Setup reminder and to-do items
- Create a shopping list
- Control music playback (e.g. how to shuffle a playlist, skip a song, etc)
- Search the web with other search engines
- Search for flights and movie showtimes
- Send text message
- Setup a timer
- Currency and unit conversion
- Find your friends’ location
- Capitalize the whole sentence
Along with the existing iOS tips, the app now bundles over 200 tips about iPhone. The new version of iPhone Handbook app is now available on App Store for $1.99. We also offers a free version for you to try out.
Lastly, thanks for your support and all the good reviews (most users rate the app with 5 stars!). We’re working really hard to bring you more iOS tips. The next version will even come with an improved user interface. Hope you love the update. If you have any suggestions, feel free to leave us comment.
