Apple Announces Jan. 27 Event: iPhone 4.0 and Tablet Launch

by Simon Ng on January 19, 2010

Apple has just officially the long-rumored special event that is going to be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco on Jan. 27. This event is by invitation-only and Apple has already sent out the invitation card to selected media outlets this morning.

As read from the invitation “Come see our latest creation”, the theme of the special event is about new innovation. Apple is very likely to announce the rumored Apple Tablet. And, according to Clayton Morris from foxnews.com, on top of the table device, we’ll see other surprises from Apple: iPhone 4.0 and iLife 2010.

Quoted from Clayton Morris from foxnews.com,

“I spoke to a source at Apple this morning, before the invite hit my inbox, who said the event would likely focus on three projects: The tablet device, iPhone 4, and a new round of iLife 2010 software. While we won’t see new iPhone hardware just yet, we will see the next-generation software.”

I’m sure it’ll be a cool event and bet that Apple will show us an innovative tablet device. I’ll keep you update about the event and all the products announcement. Stay tuned and start saving money as well.

Not much info about it..Would be more or less like a bigger Iphone and a good Processor. Applle claims the size of the Tablet screen to be somewhere within the range 9-11 inch.
