Yesterday, I covered the Dragon Dictation App, a great speech-to-text application for iPhone. Many iPhone users love it after viewing the demo video and would like to try it out. The catch, however, is it’s only available on US App Store.
Hopefully, it’ll be rolled out to App Store in other countries soon. But I know you can’t wait to put it up on your iPhone and play around with it. So, is there any way to download iPhone app from US App Store even you’re not from US?
The answer is quite straightforward: Register an account in US app store. It doesn’t matter even if you do not have a valid credit card from US. The US app store provides you with an option to register an account without credit card. You can follow this step-by-step guide to complete the registration.
Once you have an account for the US app store, you can logon to it and download the Dragon Dictation App.
This doesn’t apply only to the Dragon Dictation app. With the US app store account, you can download any free iPhone on US App Store. Enjoy!

This does not work (at least in the UK) as there is no option to choose “none” when selecting a payment method.
It looks like Apple have updated things since this post was originally written.
Any further advice would be very much appreciated

Yup. It’s hacked (due to an exploit of the hosting) and the site is down for over 15 hours. After hours working with the hosting company, finally it’s back to normal.
@rez, not all countries allows the registration of App Store account without credit card. But for US App Store, it should work.
