Google continues to improve its mobile service. Earlier, it has added the “Label” feature to its mobile version of Gmail. Recently, it brushes up Gmail mobile to further improve your mobile experience and brings back the revamped mobile version of iGoogle service.
Gmail for Mobile Further Enhanced
The improvement for Gmail Mobile is minor but greatly improve the user experience when creating email. It offers a faster address auto-completion. As you start typing your recipient’s email address in the “To” field, Gmail for mobile will immediately shows you the possible contacts. You can then simply select the email address to fill in the “To” field. That can save you a few keystrokes. And, by speeding up the search of email address, you can enjoy a better mobile email experience.

But, one thing you should note, as Google mentioned, this improvement is now only available to English version of Gmail Mobile. To try out, launch Mobile Safari and go to Gmail.com
iGoogle for Mobile is back!
Back in January, Google terminated the mobile version of iGoogle, which lets you create a personalized homepage with a search box and other useful widgets. A few days ago, Google announced they brought back a revamped version of iGoogle to iPhone and Android mobile devices. According to Google mobile blog, iGoogle is now much easier to use and with faster performance. You can also add most of your favorite Google gadgets (except those with Flash) and rearrange it to your own preference. More than that, it now lets you create your own tab and put different gadgets into different categories.
If you use Google Reader to read news feed, you can also add the Google Reader gadget into iGoogle and read all the articles of the data feed in-line without leaving the iGoogle application.

The new version of iGoogle for mobile is available in 38 languages. To try it out, go to igoogle.com in your mobile browser and tap “Try the new Mobile iGoogle!”
