Chrysler’s Peapod Turns iPhone into Car Key

PeapodNowadays, it’s not uncommon you can find iPod or iPhone integrated with music system of a car. With the popularity of iPhone, Chrysler tries to take one step further by turning iPhone into a car ignition key. Simply dock your iPhone and start up the car engine. That’s really cool!

From Chrysler’s brochure, this concept will be implemented in its cute & economical-friendly car – Peapod. Not only you can use the iPhone as car key, Peapod lets you use iPhone as the entertainment system and a trip advisor, showing how much you can save by driving green.

I heard about this nice features of Peapod from Chrysler.Really cool and interesting.The iPhone for music and offers the eco-driving tips to help the driver get the most out of their Peapod.
