The World’s Most Expensive iPhone – King’s Button

by Simon Ng on March 7, 2009

The most expensive iPhone in the worldWanna change the iPhone Home Button to a diamond button? Australian jeweler Peter Aloisson has designed the most expensive iPhone in the world that is selling at EUR1,790.000 (~ USD 2.5 million).

Why is it so pricey? It’s decorated with diamonds. And, the most prominent feature is its Home Button that carries a rare 6.6 carat diamond:

Made of solid 18 carat yellow gold, white gold and rose gold. A fabulous combination. The white gold line is encrusted with a total of 138 brilliant cut diamonds of the best quality. But the main feature of this one-of-a-kind phone is it’s “home button”. It carries a rare 6.6 carat diamond. Integrated in the design as if this diamond has been made for “taking you home” .

This iPhone is just not for me. Of course, I do not have such spare money. Even I got such piles of cash, I still can’t think of any reason to buy this iPhone.
