by Simon Ng on January 12, 2009

You may have used either QuickPwn or PwnageTool to jailbreak the iPhone. Or you use “yellowsn0w” to unlock iPhone 3G. All the jailbreak and unlock tools are great that makes your iPhone even better. As you should know, these amazing tools are all developed by the iPhone Dev Team. It takes lots, lots hours of hard work for the team to bring us these jailbreak tools. So, you probably want to know more about the great minds behind these great tools.

And, here you are. Earlier, Mobile Crunch had a chance to chat with Pytey, one of the iPhone Dev team member. The interview is not long but you’ll know more about who they are, how the team operates and why they spend so much time to develop all these tools. If you’re interested, you can check out the interview at Mobile Crunch.

hey look i have the 2.2.1 version of the iphone and i don’t get what your saying “beta”? Maybe it’s because i’m to young to understand it. so should i wait to get it or get now without having any problems with my iphone. I only had it for about a month now and i really don’t want to destroy it. sry about putting this on your comments.

Sincerely,

Kimberly

@Kimberly,

Beta means this software is still under development/testing and not released yet. Normally, before a software or application is officially to public, it will be tagged as “Beta” for testing. This phase in software development cycle is often referred as “beta” stage.

So, are you looking for jailbreak solution for your iPhone?
