Are these just for wallpapers on the lockscreen or can I change the background as well?
Do I need to jailbreak to change the backgrounds of the home screens?
Shirley, you do not need to jailbreak to change wallpaper (for Lock screen). You can just download the photo to the computer and sync it to iPhone via iTunes. Then on iPhone, tap “Settings” -> Wallpaper. Select the photo you just sync. That’s it. But if you want to change the wallpaper for iPhone home screen, you’ll need to jailbreak it.
