		<description>i have a jail broken phone and recorded a voice memo that is too long to share. i cant even hear it through my iphone. i tried syncing and listening to it through my iphone and it did not sync. i tried to trim it and sent it through email however my phone wont allow that function either. this is a very important voice memo and have no idea how to retreive. pleace help</description>

		<description>What I did was use Bonjour to find the file. On the left side where the file name is you should be able to right click the name and download the like. It worked fine for me. I transfered an hour long recording that was 40+ MBs in a matter of seconds! Amazing help section!</description>

really appreciate your iDicto help section. My problem is that I can&#039;t work out how to download the file - do I need QuickTime7 for that? I took all the steps you mentioned, all worked fine, but when I press &#039;Dowload&#039; I can&#039;t tell where the file goes into my iMac.
