Every time I planned a trip, I try my best to document all necessary information in a sheet of paper. I call that paper as my travel cheat sheet. This sheet of paper (of course, sometimes I need more papers) contains information about:
- The brief itinerary
- Hotel information (including address, phone number, email, website)
- Map around the hotel (So, you know how to get to the hotel)
- Transportation info (such as ship schedule, how you can go to town centre from airport, etc)
- Emergency phone number (e.g lost credit card)
- Flight information (e.g. Flight schedule, airline phone number)
If you like my trip to Greece & Paris, here is the travel cheat sheet for that trip. Before I got my iPhone, I carried this cheat sheet in paper form. No more. Now I always load my cheat sheet onto iPhone and view it on the go.
