iPhone completely unlocked

by Simon Ng on August 20, 2007

This news is published a bit late, but it’s still a great to all Hong Kongers. Apple’s iPhone is now fully unlocked and available in Hong Kong, that means you can make calls and receive calls using any Hong Kong mobile providers. According to PhoneDaily (in Chinese), unlocking is done through Turbo SIM card that tricks iPhone as if it’s from AT&T. However, there is a catch. The price tag is so high that it’s selling at HKD$16800 (or US$2150)!
